Short Hair, Brave Girl

Short Hair equates to Brave Girl in certain Native American Special Forces Units.

A female who was willing to cut her hair short was safer in any physical environment where an enemy might have otherwise been able to use long hair of a slave or an enemy to control them.

It’s easier to keep someone from taking control of you by the head if your hair is too short to grip. It’s also easier to keep your head during a fighty fight if someone does not have their fingers run through it if they were aiming to scalp you.

As such, if you see a Jesse or a Jessie who cut her hair in a Bob back in the day, note to giver her a great bit of respect. Having long hair is typically expected of the women in many male run cultures.

All things that my grandma taught me.

She was born POW in the United States in 1907 AD, pre AE era.

Technically, I am a Jessie’s Girl. And yes, I prefer to wear my hair short.
