I asked my husband to make us a little breakfast this morning. At noon this arrived on our breakfast tray for Brunch. As always, our meal is Gluten Free.

Peruvian Eggs over Baby Lettuce and Mixed Greens

Pickled Onions I made a day or two ago that are perfect today to dress up the salad
Baby Seedless Cucumbers with Ranch Dressing from the Obscured Valley Dwellers
for him the Ketchup from Simply Heinz
and for me
Chipotle Mayo to add to my burger.
The eggs were fried in Avocado Oil and Brown Butter. Salt and pepper heavy.
Crispy Crowns are made by Ore Ida.
Crowns cook while Burgers reheat nicely in layered sections and post heating do well reassembled.
Our Little Gluten Free Breakfast that turned into a Gluten Free Brunch was quite lovely paired with watching reruns of Back To The Future films staring Michael J Fox.
And obviously, Husband was busy chewing while I was typing this post.
