Be there for yourself. Healing hurts. Pay mindful attention how you choose to reparent your own inner child while evaluating trauma experiences impartially. No one else can control your response to sensory stim. Find yourself. Dig deep into understanding of mind and of body. If something needs to heal be the first person to spot it. Make valid apologies to self and others complete with changed behavior or cycle. Those who prefer daily cycling and recycling of the same patterns eventually determine their own trajectory. Being there for yourself inputs your data into a fixed point. Being there pro-socially for self and then others is key to success of health in 21st century community. And if you are lucky, someday you become a part of your own Cheerleading Section and Chorus in your ancestral community able to self heal DNA by simply facing reality in a way that allows grace be sufficient to ensure ongoing survival of spirit (if not of actual unique form of id in perpetuity).
