The 3-2-1 Rule for Sleep is based on Common Sense. Don’t consume alcohol or heavy meals for at least three hours before bed. Two hours before bed make a point to wrap up work activities for the day. Let stress go, get yourself ready for bed and wind down. Watch a little TV or check your Smartphone but an hour before you turn final lights out be sure to turn all electronic devices off. A simple trick the last half hour is to pick up a book to read until your eyes get tired. Shut off lights and enjoy the quiet. Sleep Masks to block light, a fan in the room freestanding or on the ceiling can aid in comfort when snoozing as can a little fresh air if necessary or possible through a one or two inches of open window.
