9:00 AM EST With Daylight Savings Time Applied is morning on the East Coast of the United States… still pre-dawn in California (four hours behind). Many offices and places like banks open at 9am if they still utilize Brick and Morter buildings to house their professional establishments. Early Morning Risers who don’t like having to wake up early to get ready for work oftentimes make these faces. Their mood and appearance tends to improve after their first cup or two of coffee. [Partially kidding.]
