High Functioning Alcoholic are excessively prone to Gaslighting, Smear Campaigning, perceiving rivalries that do not exist, and to acting aggressively in general (both in public and in private). Most people tend to remember them by a simple Social Intelligence nickname: D’iC. Many of the men and women born from 1700 forward began to display the affectation. It showed first in the Privateer Class long before alcoholism compromised the Military Intelligence Units first in every known 21st Century and 20th Century civilization. Before that time, people who had never ben exposed to the Roman Legions or the Catholic Church showed little sign of Genetic Damage from any exposure to alcohol or fetal alcohol that had been contaminated by heavy metal poisoning.
