Then and only then can one begin to actively rather than listen in a way that resembles Attention Deficit Processing Disorders. Respect of Self is essential for mastering Thought. One can actively think without engaging with others. As such, to improve quality of mind and communication, seek to control one’s mind and to focus on neural task as hand if seeking to have meaningful and high quality interactions with others.
