Goofball. Typically a reference to a person acting silly for fun who is entertaining… unless discussing a junkie. Drug Addicts who like to get super wasted by injecting hard drugs are self reported ginormous fans of the potentially lethal concoction. Not at all funny. Incredibly scary. If you know someone on this, chances are they require residential lock up old school style addictions treatment. Bless their drug addicted and or drug addled hearts, only God can typically assist them with such medical issues. That plus a team of really well qualified Doctors, Addiction Recovery Specialists, and Nursing experts.
