New Mexico Infrastructure.

Private notes from Kae Davis, Green Celebrity Network, regarding plans for Senior Think Tank ops in New Mexico south of Albuquerque for the 2025-2030 raw land investment plan tied to Last Resort Club Productions and the Morgan Plantagenet Ancestry Project.

Looking to reunite with roots and wings of Angel Family connections?

Think about buying yourself a tiny parcel of land near ours. Rent an RV that can handle 4×4 requirements for dirt and rocky terrain.

The Hot Air Balloon Festival is in Albuquerque the first week of every October. Glamp, watch sunsets, enjoy the surreal terrain.

New Mexico is bliss for people with allergies to grass and trees.

We plan to build tiny glass houses on our lots and to improve property by adding solar powered shade areas, outdoor kitchens with seating areas, and to test equipment for extreme desert camping and for NASA.

Kae Davis writes, “One can build a structure 30 feet high in New Mexico where we are buying land next; underground installments plus thirty feet of atrium above ground is the likely way we are going with our plans for flat land construction with cabins partially on stilts and hills overlooking more mountainous lot vistas. We are aiming to install an auto body shop on a private lot near local stores and facilities as well and plan to create destination locations with stuff to do on site as there is no significant place to spend time in and around town. If we build art installments with camp friendly playground equipment and solar installments with water cisterns spaced around driving loops on tiny lots… taking a drive with a picnic and enjoying local sunsets from various vistas by car or RV or 4×4 with photography options becomes a travel friendly lifestyle for us as seniors while leaving land improvements like parks for use by neighbors and local residents. Art with photography ops stations becomes something for us to create for fun, we are buying in a three hour drive loop south of ABQ where Data Centers are going in for Meta and Facebook, and we aim to set up glamping opportunities for folks interested in joining us to see the annual ABQ Hot Air Balloon Festival.”

Sidenote to remote area raw land investors. Many roads are maintained by the county. If you plan to be out there, consider asking them six months to a year to scrape the access roads on the way out to your lot for safety.
